Dryden High honours the contribution that Mr. Elmer Lick played in the past for the school.
Mr. Elmer Lick was Agriculture Representative for the Department of Food and Agriculture for the province of Ontario. For over fifteen years, he lectured and made presentations to the Conservation Camp students. In addition, the Lick family has provided Dryden High with many historical pictures of Conservation Camp as it occurred during that time.
In March 2018, Mr. Lick passed away peacefully with his family at his side.
