There will be an important Safe Grad meeting on Tuesday November 5, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Dryden High school library.  All grade 12 students and parents are encouraged to attend.  
It is playoff week at Dryden High. NorWOSSA court sports is here, at DHS, this Friday and all are teams qualify. Football is playing in the Bombers Stadium Thursday in the semifinals. If you need to upgrade your Blue & Gold wardrobe to be ready Wednesday at 11:30am there will be a BIG SALE of Eagles gear. See the posters for more details.  
Congratulation to Mason Brown & Gavan Wisneski who competed in the all Ontario Cross Coutry Championships this past weekend in Sudbury. They had great performances despite the cold and snowy conditions. A reminder to all cross country athletes to return their uniforms & spikes to the main office.  
Reminder to Mr. Stills rec phys-ed class that they are meeting at the arena for broomball today  
The Eagle Card Fundraiser is set to conclude TOMORROW with Blitz night. Athletes are asked to bring in money & cards to Mr. Zilkalns or the main office so that prizes can be awarded and you can return your focus to playoffs.  
Anyone interested in working the clock or helping at the doors for Eagles Hockey can please sign up in the main office. Mr. Zilkalns will train you and see about dates that work with your schedule.  
Calling all Grade 10 & 11 student leaders! Do you want to learn how you can get hands-on, enriched learning while living on a university campus for the summer? The Shad enrichment program provides the opportunity for students to spend 4-weeks in July living and learning at a host university to engage in workshops, seminars and labs in areas of STEAM and Entrepreneurship. Shad is a chance to travel, get access to experiential learning and connect with liked-minded peers from across Canada. Financial support is available to ensure the program is accessible to youth from diverse economic backgrounds.
