April 16 If you are looking for volunteer hours, the Children’s Delight series is looking for help with set up and take down this Friday after school at NPS and volunteers are also needed at the Seafood Dinner on June 6th.  Some of the proceeds for this dinner will go towards youth soccer.  For the contact information, please come to the main office or Guidance office.
April 16 The TD Canada Trust High School Math Contest is on Tuesday, April 28 and is open to all students.  Deadline to enter is Monday, April 20.  For more information or to sign up see Mr. Carter or your math teacher.
April 16 The Rotary Club of Dryden is pleased to be able to sponsor at least four students at the Rotary Youth Leadership Camps in Manitoba this summer. The entire cost of the camp and transportation from Winnipeg is covered by the Rotary Club of Dryden.  Please come to the office for more information.
April 16 Grade 12 Students the local scholarships, bursaries and awards booklet is now available on the Dryden High School website. Go to dhseagles.com and click on the Guidance tab. If you have any questions, please stop by the guidance office.
April 16 Also, grade 12 potential grads can now pick up a cap & gown form at the office.  Please fill it out and return it to the office with a $25.00 rental fee by April 30th.
April 16 April is poetry month at the Dryden Public Library and they are having a poetry contest.  Poems may be submitted by emailing library@dryden.ca or dropped off at the Library.  Submission deadline is April 22nd – winners will be announced April 29th.
