Fall Court Sports NorWOSSA

The regional court sport season came to an end last friday with the NorWOSSA Championships.  Beaver Brae secondary school in Kenora did a great job of hosting the championships, and we thank them for a great day.

Dryden won gold in 3 of 4 contests.  The dedication and passion of all players and coaches was well on display.

The results are as follows:

Junior Girls Basketball – Dryden defeats Fort Frances Muskies 31-19 to win the gold medal.

Junior Boys Volleyball – Dryden defeats Fort Frances Muskies 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 27-35) to win the gold medal.

Senior Girls Basketball – Dryden defeats Beaver Brae 29-27 in the Semifinals.  Dryden loses to Fort Frances 51-18, earning the silver medal.

Senior Boys Volleyball – Dryden defeats Fort Frances Muskies 3-2 (25-20, 25-15, 24-26, 23-25, 15-8) to win the gold medal.
