Morning Announcements – March 30, 2011

Mar. 30 All students who are writing the official OSSLT on Thursday, March 31, will have their name entered into a draw for a chance to win one of three IPODs.  You must be in attendance in order to receive a prize.  Good Luck!
Mar. 30 There is a SAVE meeting tonight in the library at 3:10.  New members are welcome!  Come out and help plan Pink Day!  Great way to get volunteer hours.
Mar. 30 If you require a graduation photo retake or did not have your grad photo done yet, retakes will be on April 6th and 7th.  Sign up sheets are here in the main office.
Mar. 30 Science tutoring from a university graduate is available from 3:15 until 4:00 in the library. 
Mar. 30 Grade 12 graduating students…graduation is less than 3 months away.  Orders for your cap and gown can be  placed here in the office.  $25.00 will reserve a cap and gown…a requirement for walking across the stage.  If you are choosing not to attend the graduation ceremonies, a form must be filled out indicating a cap and gown will not be required.
Mar. 30 Attention to students who have not yet returned the green Consent to Release Personal Information form that was in with your report cards, please return this form as soon as possible.  Without this consent form, your picture will not be in the yearbook.  If you need a form, there are extras here in the main office. 
Mar. 30 The Ontario Provincial Police, Dryden detachment, is looking for a summer marine student.  The candidate must be 18 years of age, possess a Pleasure Craft Operators Card, Minimum Ontario G2 Driver’s License, CPR &  First Aid Qualifications.  Come to the office for more information.
