Feb. 10 – 15 The 44th Annual Vermilion Bay Kin Karnival is being held Feb. 11th – 15th.  It is fun for all ages.  Anyone looking for volunteer hours call Scott McEwan at 227-2904.  Kin Kin Kin Kin Kinoot!
Feb. 10 Mr. Wilkinson’s Grade 11 English class is to meet in room 213 at the start of period 3.
Feb. 10 All wrestlers are reminded that they must weigh in today immediately following the pep rally in the weight room.
Feb. 10 This message is to all of the girls who signed up for broomball.  Please show up at the small gym at 11:30 until 12:30 today.
Feb. 9, 10 There will be a SAVE meeting today in the DHS library at 3:30.  New members are welcome.
Feb. 10 Not Ready for Valentine’s Day?  Don’t worry about it!  Just come to Student Square today at lunch and order something sweet for your sweetheart.  Choose from roses, chocolates, or candygrams to be delivered straight to your valentine.
Feb. 10 Graduation pictures will be taken on February 17, 18 & 19th.  Yearbook pictures are free, but a sitting with proofs are $10.00, $15.00 or $20.00 depending on the type of package you want.  You must get your picture taken with Lifetouch in order to be in the composite picture on the wall.  Sign up sheets are in the main office.
Feb. 10 The Canadian Red Cross is holding their 9th annual Feast or Famine on February 18th and 19th.  You can collect 8 volunteer hours by taking part in this fun event.  Sign up sheet and sponsor forms are in the Guidance Office.
Feb. 10 Dryden minor hockey is looking for students to volunteer to run the time clock for the upcoming Dryden Peewee hockey tournament on Friday Feb. 12th and Saturday, Feb. 13th.  Please sign up here in the main office by next Wednesday.
Feb 8-10 Envirothon….   We want you….   Do you like science?  Do you want to compete in teams, testing your environmental knowledge?  If this sounds like something you and your friends would be interested then come out to our next meeting Wednesday at 11:30 in room 107.
