Boys Hockey vs. Beaver Brae
The Boys Hockey team has returned home with a 6-2 victory over the Beaver Brae Broncos.
The boys trailed 2-1 after the first, but came back to net 5 goals in the last 40 minutes.
Matt Bartlett had 2 goals and 2 assists. Ethan Egli also had 2 goals, and Ryan Lobreau and Daimon Wesley added singles. Zach Lake picked up the win in net.
Coach Oltsher said “Special commendations go out to the defensemen last night as they played extremely well being short staffed in the final 2 periods to help secure the victory.”
DHS Boys Eagles travel to Winkler MB this weekend for a Tournament and then return for a home game vs Kenora on Tues Jan 12th .
