Behind strong play from the offensive line the Eagles football team recorded their first win on Friday, defeating the St. John’s Tigers 21 – 11. Jesse Gerula scored 2 touchdowns and Ryan Martel scored as well. The defense played well throughout, led by Caine Benham’s 14 tackles. The team travels to Winnipeg on Thursday to face the Sisler Spartans. |
