On Friday at 2:00 pm, Jamie McDonald will be in our Library to share his incredible journey about how he spent the first 9 years of his life in a children’s hospital with a rare spinal condition and feared he may never walk again. He has delivered motivational, inspiring and entertaining talks for many schools across Canada raising money for the Children’s Hospital in our province & 50% to Superhero Foundation to continue their amazing work helping sick children. Everyone is welcome. |

Any students interested in being a thrower for the DHS Track and Field team should come out for a brief meeting in Room 209 at lunch tomorrow, this includes Javelin, shotput and discus throwers. Wrestlers and football players that are looking for some cross-training in the off-season are also encouraged to come check it out. |
