Feb 5 The library will be closed all day today.  Please do not send any print jobs to the library printer.
Feb 5 The girls hockey team defeated the Red Lake Rams last night 6 – 0. The girls played a strong team game and had scoring from Jess Carter, Elizabeth Carter, Shelby Tourond, Jenna Langlais, and Martina Wintle with 2.  CJ Jolicoeur earned the shutout.  The girls next game is in Kenora against Beaver Brae tomorrow.
Feb 5 “All grade 9 wrestlers are reminded that they must weigh in today after school for this weekends tournament.”
Feb 5 There are summer job opportunities for students with the Ontario Public Service.  Please go to the Guidance Office for more information.

Feb 5 There will be free tutoring in the library on Tuesday mornings from 8:15 – 8:45 am and Thursdays at lunch from 12 – 12:30 pm
Feb 5 Grade 12 Graduation photos will be taken next week on Feb. 11, 12 & 13.  Please come to the office for a brochure on how to book your appt. Retakes will be on March 26 & 27.

Feb 5 The Ontario Educational Leadership Centre is offering several leadership courses this summer.   Students will develop leadership skills through their choice of courses such as music, the arts, athletics or French.  For more information and applications stop by the guidance office.

Feb 5 Grade 12 students applying to universities and colleges outside of Ontario MUST let the guidance office know, or your transcripts will not be sent. Also, please remember to check the DHS website and the binder in the guidance office on a regular basis for the latest scholarships and bursaries.
