The golf team kicked off their NORWOSSA season at Eagles Landing yesterday finishing second overall in the boy’s team competition 1 stroke behind Beaver Brae. Cam Zappitelli led the way for the boy’s placing third overall, with Keith Wrolstad 5th, Graham Oliphant 11th, Wade Penner 13th, Matt Desautels 14th and Jacob Andersen 17th. In the girls 18 hole division Lauren Nickle was 2nd with Lindy Leclerc and Mckenna Corvello placing 1st in the 9 hole competition. |

The Dryden Rotary Club is sponsoring a grade 11 or 12 student to attend Adventures In Agriculture. This program is held during the internationally acclaimed Canadian Western Livestock Show and Sale held annually in Regina at the end of November. The program is aimed towards senior students interested in agriculture and is designed to help broaden knowledge and understanding of the agricultural sector, environmental issues, and the challenge of providing food for the world. Applications are available in the guidance office. |
