Morning Announcements~ Monday Oct. 7/19

Fynn Livingston, Adrian Brannon-Larouque and Koen Taylor intercepts passes while Troy Kirouac scored 2 touchdowns as the Eagles football team won their third game on Friday. The team scheduled to visit this week has forfeited so DHS has 2 weeks to prepare for the final regular season game in Winnipeg!  
Travel is an awesome way to learn about yourself and the world around us.   DHS Ambassadors have two awesome trips lined up that you don’t want to miss?   Did you miss Tuesday meeting, well the deadline is approaching for Central Europe so you’ll want to talk to MR. Mitchell right away.   But can you imagine spending march break travelling over the Swiss Alps and then into Italy, France and Spain along the Mediterranean coast?  This will promise to be an epic trip.   Stay tuned for more information. Bring your lunches with you to room 109 Tuesday oct 8th at 11:30 for a brief meeting.  
Rotary’s Short Term Exchange Program is an excellent way to spend your summer, expand your horizons, and to meet new friends.  The deadline for Rotary’s Short Term Exchange Program is Friday, Oct 18th.  Applications may be picked up in the Guidance Office or the Library.  For further information, please contact Rotarian Leanna Bullock at 223-5831 or see Ms. Wendy in the Guidance Office.
Students needing Community Involvement Hours.The Catholic Women’s League is holding their Tea and Bazaar on October 26th. If you are interested in volunteering, please come down to the office for more information.
