Morning Announcements – Monday, December 9, 2013
| Dec. 9 | Congratulations to the girls hockey team for winning the PCI Saints hockey tournament in Portage over the weekend. The girls went undefeated in round robin play with wins of 11- 0 over Portage, 3 – 0 over Fort Frances, and 3 – 1 over St. Mary’s to finish in first place. They defeated the Red Lake Rams 3 – 1 in the championship game. The girls next game is this Tuesday in Fort Frances. Listen to the game on CKDR. |
| Dec. 9 | Reminder of the GSA meeting at the start of lunch today in the upper video conference room!
There will be an OSAID meeting in the upper video conference room at lunch on Tuesday. |
| Dec. 9 | Tryouts for 2nd season cheerleaders start this week. Please see the poster in the student square for dates and times. |
| Dec. 9 | Grade 12 students applying to universities and colleges outside of Ontario MUST let the guidance office know, or your transcripts will not be sent. Also, please remember to check the DHS website and the binder in the guidance office on a regular basis for the latest scholarships and bursaries. |
| Dec. 9 | There will be no sexual health clinic today. If you need to see a health nurse, please go to the Health Unit. |
