Jacquie Grandmont backstopped the girls hockey team to a 5 – 2 win against the Beaver Brae Broncos last night in Kenora. Liv Carter netted a natural hat trick while Elizabeth Carter and Lyndsey Oliphant added singles. The girls next action is against the Muskies in Fort Frances next Tuesday. Attention students interested in trying out for Eagles track and field. Join us for our event clinic this weekend. National level coaches will be on hand to teach throwing, jumping, sprinting hurdles and mid distance events. The clinic will be held in the big gym on Friday 3:30-5:30pm, Sat 9am-3pm and Sunday 9am-12. This is a great chance to try out all the events and pick the ones you like. |
