Students to assist at Eagles hockey are still needed and the first game is Monday. Sign up in the main office or see Mr.Zilkalns to help at the door and earn volunteer hours.   There also is space for students to score keep, work the clock or call the lines for girls volleyball & boys basketball. Training can be provided, sign up in the main office!  
The Eagles Nordic Ski Team is looking for new athletes for the upcoming race season!  If you love outdoor sport, and want to improve your fitness level, come out to room 137 next Monday to Thursday for Dryland Training and an introduction to skate skiing! No experience is needed and all equipment will be provided. See the posters around the school or contact Mr Schmidt for more information.  
Reminder Tomorrow is a PD Day  
If you are looking for something fun to do tomorrow night, The Art of Racing in the Rain movie will be playing at The Centre at 7pm, $2 admission.
Reminder DHS ambassadors float planning meeting is today at 11:30 in the student Square.  
Come cheer on your girl’s hockey team home opener on Monday Nov 25th at 6:30pm at the Dryden arena. There will be a teddy bear toss between the second & third period. All toys must be in brand new condition. All donations will be going to Christmas Cheer.  
The Dryden Ski Club is looking for outgoing and hardworking students for the upcoming ski season!  Positions for lifties and rental technicians are available.  Interested applicants can drop off a resume and cover letter to Mr Schmidt in Room 137 (email to drydenski@gmail.com)

Do you need volunteer hours? Dryden GM is looking for students willing to do face paint Nov 23/19 (1-5pm Lindsey 223-7123)   Michele Marie Photography is looking for 2 student volunteers to be elves and help with children and assist photographer during Santa Pictures at The Centre on November 23 and December 8th  from 11 am – 2pm. (Elf costumes are provided.  Please phone Michelle at 938-1615)   For more information please visit the guidance office.
The Eagles Nest would like your used markers. We are partnered with Crayola in a program that repurposes old markers into things like shingles and asphalt. Please bring old markers of any brand to drop of bins in the library, main office and The Eagles nest.
