The building below was the church that was vacated in 1912 and then
used as the Continuation school from that year until 1922. With the
opening of Albert Street School in 1922, the Continuation School moved
into the main school building on Van Horne (now the municipal offices).
After 1922 the building was remodeled and used as a personal
dwelling. Mr. Gordon Wood lived in that house for a number of years.
As the pictures below illustrate, the building was demolished (during the
early 1980s) and Patrica Gradens was constructed at the site.
