This website will be the location of the live stream for the Grand March on Thursday, June 25 at 5:30, and the Graduation Ceremony on Friday, June 26 at 3:00pm.

June 17, 2015 Morning Announcements

June 17 Message for potential grads – the yearbook graduation information sheet is now available to be picked up at the office and filled out by June 23rd.  Please hand back in at the office when completed.
June 17 Reminder that tomorrow is a Co-op in-class day.
June 17 Students using equipment (laptops or iPads) from the Resource Room are asked to return all equipment to Mrs. Jones as soon as possible before Thursday, June 18.
June 17 Subway’s last day open will be tomorrow.
June 17 Reminder that student lockers must be emptied after your last exam. The custodians will be washing out the lockers and re-locking them with the gold lock.  So please take your contents and your lock home for the summer.  Returning students will be assigned the same locker in the fall.
June 17 There will be a plant sale at lunch today in the student square, so please stop by and buy a flower or plant to help raise money for environmental issues.
June 17 Reminder there are copies of the exam schedule can now be picked up in the office.

June 17 The walleye master committee is looking for 2 helpers to release the fish this weekend from 2:30 – 5:30 pm. Please come to the Main Office or Guidance office for further information.

June 16, 2015 Morning Announcements.

June 16 Subway’s last day will be Friday, June 19th
June 16 There will be a meeting today for students interested in the school trip to Italy next year.  We will meet in the upper video conference room at lunch.
June 16 Reminder that student lockers must be emptied after your last exam. The custodians will be washing out the lockers and re-locking them with the gold lock.  So please take your contents and your lock home for the summer.  Returning students will be assigned the same locker in the fall.

June 11 All students who are interested in travelling to Italy next year with the DHS Ambassadors are asked to come to the meeting today at lunch in Room 203.  We are having a brief meeting to discuss which tour options you would like, so come out and vote on your favourite choice!
June 11 Copies of the exam schedule can now be picked up in the office.
June 11 Wouldn’t it be nice to know that you are traveling with DHS next year on the March Break?   Come out to an information meeting tonight at 7 pm in room 107 to hear more about this trip to Central America. This will be an exciting chance to visit jungles, rain forests and beautiful sand beaches.   Our trip will take us through ancient ruins, animal parks, snorkeling, zip lining and be full of other adrenaline pumping, Eco Tourism related experiences.   Hope to see you there.

Morning Announcements – June 9, 2015

June 9 There will be a gay straight alliance meeting today at lunch in the upper video conference room.  Any students still interested in the trip to Italy next year can stop by as well for more information.
June 9 Mr. Zilkalns pd 2 grade 12 Phys Ed class is to meet in the big gym today.
June 9 If you’re curious about what next fall’s DHS football team looks like, come out today after school and watch the blue and gold game.  Team blue won yesterday’s skills competition and the singing contest last week.  Team gold will be looking for revenge.
