Morning Announcements – Feb. 24, 2011

Feb. 24 Reminder to the Jr. & Sr. Boys Basketball & Jr. Girl’s Volleyball players to clean out your lockers in the change rooms by tomorrow at noon.  This would include all garbage in the garbage cans and leave the locks on the lockers.
Feb. 24 Reminder to all Civics Students (Ms. Rose, Mr. Lalonde, Mr. Oltsher & Mr. Chasowy’s classes) that class will be at lunch in the library.
Feb. 24 Eagles hockey playoffs are this week!  Friday night at 8:00 p.m. come see the girls battle the Fort Frances Muskies & then Sunday at 3:30 the boys play game 2 against Kenora.  Volunteers for the door are still needed…see Mr. Zilkalns if you can help.
Feb. 24 Grade 12 graduating students…graduation is only 4 months away.  Orders for your cap and gown can now be made at the office.  $20.00 will reserve a cap and gown…a requirement for walking across the stage.  If you are choosing not to attend the graduation ceremonies, a form must be filled out indicating a cap and gown will not be required.
Feb. 24 Today will be the last day that  Grade 12 Cosmetology students are selling flat irons, triple barrels and tapered curling irons.  Check out the poster in the main office for Grade 12 student’s names and prices or see Mrs. Durocher in room 124A.
Feb. 24 Attention to students who have not yet returned the green Consent to Release Personal Information form that was in with your report cards, please return this form as soon as possible.  Without this consent form, your picture will not be in the yearbook.  If you need a form, there are extras here in the main office.

Morning Announcements – Feb. 23, 2011

Feb. 23 Congratulations to all the players, coaches, cheerleaders & spectators who attended the NorWOSSA court sport playoffs yesterday in Kenora.  Three golds were captured – Jr. & Sr. Girls Volleyball & Jr. Boys basketball teams.  Congrats Eagles!
